Are you a Network System Administrator? And do you often visit Cisco’s Security Intelligence Operations website for any alerts and real-time threats to your network and users?  Now you can monitor it on your palm with an iPhone app. Cisco released a new app Cisco SIO To Go in App Store for free. This will provide information about new malware signatures, bulletins for how to mitigate against threats, ways to see if particular Web sites are compromised, as well as links to podcasts and videos.

You can customize the feeds and alerts to receive security-related information about Cisco products and general network security threats that are newly detected.

App Description says, “Powered by Cisco Security Intelligence Operations, the Cisco SIO To Go iPhone application informs, protects, and enables you to respond to alerts and real-time threats to your network and users. This app is aimed at the network administrator, security junkies and enterprise clients, not for a normal iPhone user, just like me. Though it looks so informative for me.
