Though it’s been more than two years when the first iPhone is released in AT&T network, the Apple iPhone’s US exclusive carrier officially started listening to ever network-dissatisfied iPhone users’ concerns and feedback on it’s poorly rated network coverage. Yeah, it released an app in App Store, AT&T Mark The Spot, to enable the users to report on a number of network issues: dropped call, failed call, no coverage, data failure or poor voice quality from anywhere in US.
You can also mention the frequency of the issue occurrence: once, seldom, often or always and include additional information in detail. Once the issue is submitted to AT&T’s network operations, you would receive a free SMS as a receipt of your report. You can report the problem as and when occurred or later as per your convenience. This app makes use of the in-built GPS receiver to pinpoint the location of the issue occurred.
Mark The Spot app seems to be AT&T’s reaction to the recent annual wireless customer survey where it’s hammered in just about every category, from voice service to the frequency of dropped calls.

Hey, It was very helpful! Thank you for taking the time to do all of that.
